Houserules
The management reserves the right to admit or deny admittance to any persons as they see fit. The following are the basic rules under which this policy operates. If admitted patrons accept the rules of the establishment.
· Persons under 18 years of age will not be admitted
· Patrons must produce a valid ID when requested
· Management reserve the right to search patrons who may wish to enter the premises
· People under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be denied entrance
· The management have an established dress code. Patrons visiting our establishments are required to be well groomed at all times. Access will be denied to guests wearing items that the management deem to be unsuitable. Such items include, but are not confined to:
o Sports outfits or trainers
o Torn or ripped clothing
o Football jerseys and/or accessories
o Any clothing that the management deem to be improper, lewd, dirty or potentially provocative.
· By entering any of our establishments, you consent to the company capturing your image on security cameras
· Patrons are required to remove all headgear.
· Patrons with visible tattoos on face and/or neck will not be admitted
· Large groups may be denied entrance
· Patrons are advised against wearing flip-flops or thong sandals. Persons wearing such footwear enter the premises at their own risk.
· Aggressive, intimidating or disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated. Any patrons deemed to be behaving in such manner will be asked to leave.
· It is prohibited to use, possess and/or deal drugs in any of our establishments
· Patrons with known prior record of causing problems within our establishments or elsewhere may be denied access
· No weapons of any type will be permitted
· Consumption is mandatory in any of our bars.
· Only food and/or drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed.
· Glassware must not be taken outside.
· Violations of the Alcohol law / bill will not be permitted.
· Smoking is prohibited in the establishment.
· Fines resulting from violating the house rules will be charged to the offender
· The company HCG BV will not be responsible for any lost items and/or belongings
In the event of an offence or disturbance occurring
· Persons committing an offence will be reported to the police. Furthermore, the management will take legal actions against any such persons.
· In the event of complaints, staff on duty are instructed to take any necessary actions i.e., calling for security or the police
